All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed:

2. Exceptions
We may consider refunds or replacements only if:

In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, with supporting evidence.
We reserve the right to request return of the item before any compensation is offered.
3. Returns
Unless approved by us in advance, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. If a return is authorized:

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. Once shipped, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.
